You can find the following headphones in any order you like. There's no fixed way to find them. To activate the song, you'll need to find and interact with all three of them.

You'll find a massive boat in the Dry Dock location, situated right at the center. Drop down to the ground, and head to the right of the boat. Reach approximately the middle of the boat on the ground, and the headphones will be located in a box on top of the crates.
