Complainers, rejoice! All of your XBOX anger will now be sorted and handled as part of an official program that will notify you when it's been "received and reviewed."
XBOX Player Voice is a new program and "a new place to collect your feedback and make it more visible." The feature will allow players a specific channel to submit feedback, whether positive or negative, with updates to follow progress on your specific issue.

"The goal is simple: make it easier to share input and see how it’s handled," XBOX said in the announcement today (over the weekend, the company rebranded to a fully-capitalized title). "The community is at the heart of XBOX. Players have always told us what’s working and what’s not across XBOX. That feedback has shaped what we’ve built and how we prioritize our work. But we’ve also heard clearly that it isn’t always obvious what happens after you share your feedback."
