Following the release of Zero Parades in May, developer ZA/UM Studio has announced a Director's Cut version, and it's coming soon as a free update for everyone, while the game's console edition is launching in November.
The Director's Cut will release on October 1, while the PS4 version will release on November 3. The game has not been confirmed for Xbox or Switch, however.

Representing the end of post-launch support on PC, the Director's Cut is free for all existing owners of Zero Parades, featuring "substantial new material" that the developer says makes the game feel "tangibly different" from the OG release.
The centerpiece of the free Director's Cut update adds the Quisach Roundabout, which is a new Dramatic Encounter for Zero Parades.
